La Vernia Little League, a 501(c)(3) organization, is comprised of volunteer members of the community dedicated to teaching the children within the La Vernia and surrounding areas the ideals of honesty, loyalty, courage, respect for authority, and sportsmanship so that they may be well-adjusted, stronger, happier, and will grow to be good, healthy and trustworthy citizens.
The La Vernia Little League Board of Directors are elected from and by the adult members of the league with terms beginning in October and running through September of each year. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations and policies set forward by Little League International.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the La Vernia Little League Board of Directors, links below provide additional details on individual positions available each year. The adult members of the league vote for the Board of Directors every year during the Spring season Closing ceremonies; nominations to be considered for the Board of Directors should be submitted to the La Vernia Little League Secretary at the beginning of May.
